Do I need to open an account to order?
No, it is not mandatory. You can order without opening an account.
How to place an order?
First of all, you have to click on one of the many order buttons present throughout the site and select the version of the method you want (French or English).
Then you must add the product to your cart and click on the “Proceed to Payment” button.
Then you let yourself be guided through the payment process where you will indicate your contact details, your delivery address and then you click on the “Proceed to Payment” button.
I have a promotion code, how do I use it?
Just before finalizing your order, in the summary of your order, there is a window where you can enter your discount code, then you click on ” Apply ” and your discount will be automatically applied to your order.

What should I do if the payment is not accepted?

Can you send my order to another address ?
